TelTech is the trading name of a privately held telecommunications company based in Brooklyn, New York. We design, host and support the hotlines our customers run every day, and we answer their support calls ourselves.

What we do
TelTech is a cloud phone system, managed at ivr.teltech.info or from any handset:
- IVR hotlines. Menus, recordings, voicemail, forms and routing, built from 48 building blocks. Details.
- Conference systems. PIN-protected rooms, listen-only broadcasts and scheduled lectures, from five callers to five thousand. Details.
- Virtual phone numbers. A 605 extension with unlimited incoming minutes on every plan, plus direct local and toll-free numbers pointed anywhere. Details.
On the same account we also offer VoIP desk phones and a softphone, and an AI receptionist that answers, takes messages and transfers calls. Community group text messaging is a separate product of the same company, under its own brand, at sms.teltech.info.
Our customers are mostly community organizations, schools, congregations, small businesses and the people who run daily phone lines for them. Many have run the same hotline number with us for years.
How we operate
TelTech runs on our own IVR and voice platform and interconnects with licensed United States carriers for phone numbers and call delivery. Call flows, recordings, the portal and support are ours. Customer recordings are stored on servers we control and are never used for advertising.
The only text messages TelTech sends are TelTech account alerts: notices to customers who turned them on inside their own account. We do not send marketing texts and we do not sell or rent contact lists.
