TelTech agreement

The TelTech agreement

This is the agreement between you and TELTECH ADVANCED PHONE SYSTEMS CORP, doing business as TelTech, 1043 53rd Street, Brooklyn, NY 11219 (“TelTech”, “we”). It covers every line on every plan, Free or paid. You agree to it when you press the button that opens a line, when we open one for you at your request, and whenever you use our services. We save who agreed, the date and time, and the version.

Version 2026-10-22.2

1. Our services

TelTech gives you hotlines (IVR), conference lines, phone numbers, VoIP and an AI receptionist (the “services”). We may change, add or remove any feature, plan or price at any time.

2. Your account

  • You must be 18 or older, and allowed to act for your organization if you open lines for it.
  • You are responsible for everything done in your account. Keep your login safe, and tell us at once at cs@teltech.info if someone else used it.
  • Keep your contact details up to date. Anything we send to the e-mail on your account counts as sent to you.

3. Your line is your responsibility

You are responsible for everything on your lines: the recordings and content, every call and message they make, and the people who call them. You must:

  • get every consent the law requires before you call, text or record anyone, and stop when someone asks you to (TCPA, telemarketing and do-not-call rules, recording-consent laws and carrier rules);
  • never spoof caller ID, hide who you are, or use the services for anything unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, harassing or harmful to others or to our network;
  • have the rights to everything you upload.

Your content stays yours. You let us store, play, copy and process it to run the services and to follow the law. Our privacy policy says how we handle data.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices are on the pricing page. Plans are paid in advance, monthly or yearly. Paying yearly costs 15% less than twelve monthly payments.
  • Plans you open yourself online have no setup fee. A setup fee agreed with us when we open an account for you, or a price shown beside an add-on, is charged as shown.
  • Where a plan offers a free trial (shown on the pricing page), it lasts 7 days at the monthly price and starts with a card on file. The first payment is taken on day 7 unless you cancel before then.
  • Usage (outgoing minutes and extras) is charged at the published prices. Pay as you go is paid from a prepaid balance and stops when the balance is empty.
  • We may change our prices at any time; a new price applies from your next billing period.
  • If a payment fails we try again. After 7 days we may suspend your lines until it is paid. Taxes and fees are added where they apply. Payments are not refundable unless we say otherwise in writing.

5. Free hotlines

  • A free hotline has one 605 number that we choose, up to 2 callers at once, 4 extensions, 2 GB of storage and the features marked for Free on the pricing page. It has no outgoing calls, and nothing can be added to it. Move to a paid plan any time to get more.
  • One free hotline per person, linked to a verified phone number and e-mail address.
  • Support is through our community forum and support tickets.
  • Low use: a free hotline stays on as long as callers use it, at least 100 caller-minutes in 30 days (its first 30 days always count in full). If it gets quieter, we e-mail you; 7 days later it rests in the archive and callers hear that it is unavailable. You can bring it back in one click for 30 days. After that the number goes back to our free stock and may be given to someone else; your recordings and menus are not deleted.
  • We may change or end the Free plan, or close any free hotline, at any time and without a reason.

6. “Powered by TelTech”

On plans under $70 a month (Free, Pay as you go, Lite, Starter and Basic), callers may hear a short “Powered by TelTech” line after your menu. We decide on which lines it plays.

7. When we may suspend or close

  • We may suspend, limit or close any line, number, account or service at any time, with or without notice and with or without a reason.
  • If we see a line as a danger to callers, to other customers, to our network or carriers, or to anyone else, we may close it at once without explaining.
  • You may close your account at any time from your account or by e-mail to cs@teltech.info.
  • Phone numbers are not your property. They stay assigned to you while the line is open and paid, and may be given to someone else after it closes. To move a number to another carrier, write to cs@teltech.info.
  • Content of a closed line may be deleted. Keep your own copies; your account lets you download them.

8. No promises about the service

The services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that they will always work, be free of errors, or deliver every call or message.

9. Our liability is limited

To the fullest extent the law allows, TelTech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost calls, messages, data, revenue or profits. Our total liability for all claims together is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. For a free hotline that is $0.

10. You protect TelTech

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless TelTech and its owners, staff and partners against every claim, lawsuit, fine, penalty and carrier charge that comes from your use of the services, your content, your calls or messages, your callers, or your breaking this agreement or the law. That includes our lawyers’ fees and costs. We may choose our own lawyers, at your cost.

11. Emergency calls (911)

VoIP is not traditional phone service. A 911 call over VoIP uses the service address on file for the line, so keep it up to date; if you use a device or the softphone somewhere else, help may be sent to the wrong place. It does not work during a power, internet or platform outage. Hotlines and the AI receptionist cannot call 911. Keep another way to reach emergency services.

12. Text messages from us

Our one text program, TelTech account alerts, sends account and service notices (sign-in codes, new sign-in notices, voicemail and missed-call notices, service notices) to customers who turned on text notifications in their account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help, or contact cs@teltech.info or (718) 957-7771. We do not share your opt-in with anyone for purposes unrelated to this program. Consent is not a condition of buying anything. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Details and sample messages: text messaging program page. Group texting at sms.teltech.info has its own terms.

13. Law and disputes

New York law governs this agreement. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Kings County, New York, and you agree to their jurisdiction. Claims may only be brought individually, never as part of a class or group.

14. Changes to this agreement

We may change this agreement at any time by posting the new version on this page. If you keep using the services after that, you accept it. A line opened after a version is posted is under that version from the moment it is opened.
